Diana LaTour

Ms. LaTour is the Founder and Managing Partner of LaTour & Associates, a consulting firm of senior level business executives focused on assisting emerging companies to build effective and efficient organizations positioned for rapid growth and early profitability through innovative business strategies, targeted market positioning, rapid market penetration, and timely product delivery in a highly competitive environment.

Ms LaTour has held executive positions for the following high-technology companies: CEO of RedCreek Communications, a network security company sold to Sonic Wall; President & CEO of Futori Systems, Inc., an international systems services company; Chairman, President & CEO of Palm Tree Software Inc., a software products company, President & CEO, Cross Access Corporation, a data warehousing products company sold to IBM; VP and General Manager, Data Communications Group, AST Research, Senior Director of Business Development for the Amdahl Corporation, International Business Consultant of Latco International, (residing overseas): Founder and Vice President of Tra-Tech, a training and educational company acquired by McGraw-Hill, President of DNA Optical, a precision lens manufacturing company acquired by American Optical. Ms. LaTour began her career with the IBM Corporation.

As President and CEO of World Telehealth Corporation, an international medical products distribution company, she negotiated agreements with major U.S. suppliers to provide healthcare products to more than 150 countries in support of a United Nations mandate. As CEO of Contour Pak International, a cold therapy healthcare product company, Ms. LaTour successfully positioned the company for acquisition by Futuro, the leading manufacturer and distributor of elastic bandages, injury and athletic support products. Ms. LaTour formerly served as a Board Member of Theranetics, Inc., a physical therapy video products company, and International Nutrition Consultants, Inc., a healthcare supplement distribution company.

Education

Ms. LaTour holds a B.S. in Mathematics from University of California, Los Angeles, M.S. degrees in Mathematics and Behavioral Psychology from University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management School at Harvard University.
