Brandon Arroyo

Brandon is an engineering entrepreneur with a passion for developing technology for the advancement mankind. In late 2009 he founded i7 Engineering while working as the Electrical Systems Project Manager and Systems Engineer on the Red Bull Stratos project, where skydiver Felix Baumgartner became the first skydiver to break the speed of sound while in free-fall from an extreme altitude. Recently Brandon also founded a revolutionary software company called Point Intelligence, which is focused on drastically improving the situational awareness and processing efficiency of any mobile autonomous robotic system.

Prior to founding Point Intelligence and i7 Engineering, Brandon developed a love and unparalleled aptitude for computers, networks and electrical engineering while working in a number of technical capacities from working on SCADA industrial control systems for an oil pipeline in Southern California to a lead engineering role for Parke Industries, a small $8 million a year energy management company.

As he ascended the ranks at Parke, Brandon ultimately assumed the role of Director of Technical Sales. Parke eventually became Lime Energy on its way to $100 million in annual revenue across 21 offices worldwide.

After Lime Energy, he struck out on his own, serving as a contract software engineer, developing several cloud based asset and workflow management systems for many Fortune 500 companies before tackling the challenge of the Red Bull Stratos project and subsequently the Space Dive 2.0 program, where he leads a team responsible for engineering flight control systems that will make space-diving as safe and accessible as skydiving.
